Birth Doula Care
Birth Doula care begins anywhere between 20-30+ weeks of pregnancy. Birth Doula support prepares families to understand how birth happens, their values and preferences when it comes to birth, what options are available to them based on their unique circumstances, how to make informed choices, and how to remain comfortable, resourced and empowered throughout labor. Services include access to curated Outer Sunset Birth Care resources and Evidence Based Birth® materials.

Postpartum Doula Care
Postpartum Doula Care begins once baby has made his/her way into the world and the family is ready for support. Postpartum care is tailored to the needs of each family but may look like feeding support - breast/chest/bottle, newborn care guidance, emotional support and processing your birth, light household support - meals, tidying, settling in, gentle guidance as you adjust to life with your baby.

However, I know that every family's circumstances are different. I'm happy to tailor support and care based on your needs.
