Support throughout pregnancy and continuous care during labor and birth.
INCLUDES
CONSULTATION
A chance for us to connect, talk through your needs, and see if we’re a good fit.
THREE PRENATAL VISITS
Birth preparation & preferences (2 visits):
We’ll explore your values, preferences, and options; walk through informed decision-making; and prepare for the logistics of labor and birth.
Comfort measures workshop (1 visit):
Hands-on practice with positioning, massage, counterpressure, and other techniques to support labor. We’ll also cover tools like TENS, water therapy, relaxation, and how partners/support people can be actively involved.
ON-CALL SUPPORT (38–42 WEEKS)
Ongoing support via text or call as you approach labor.
CONTINUOUS LABOR SUPPORT
In-person support at home and/or your birth location, from active labor through approximately 2 hours postpartum.
RESOURCES
Access to curated Outer Sunset Birth Care resources and Evidence Based Birth® materials.
Receipt provided for HSA/FSA and potential insurance reimbursement
Birth + Postpartum
Doula Care
Full-spectrum support from pregnancy through the early postpartum period.

In-home visits for families looking for support after birth, whether or not we’ve worked together prenatally.
